Key Process （Ownership/Participation）:? Conduct container inspections at site for products sourced from Asia? Facilitate the integration of plant quality system requirements? Conduct supplier assessments/audit an d compile relevant scorecard data? Provide product development support to suppliers Ｏr internal development teams? Write reports documenting audits, inspections, returns an d other quality issues? Monitor claims performance for each supplier an d support suppliers to develop effective corrective an d preventative actions. ? Identify, document an d follow through on corrective & preventative action plans.? Use quality tools such as capability studies to analyze an d report supplier quality performance.
Requirements:1. Bachelor of Science an d Engineering2. 3 years an d above related working experiences3. Quality Assurance an d Quality Control experience within a manufacturing setting is valued4. Have more than 2 year experience in flooring business is value added5. Understanding of quality an d process improvement tools & principles （SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma, etc.） is plus.6. Experience with quality management system （ISO 9001） is plus
